SHORT Can Be CONFUSING

Many people are not aware of what defines a short film , nor, do many people understand its purpose. Our good buddy Max did not know that James, the guy on the phone, was referencing short films during a serious phone conversation. He assumed that James was being offensive to little/small/short people, so Max sticks up for them. Did Max go overboard? You can be the judge. A short film is a film with a running time of 30 minutes of less. At least, that’s our determination to quality as a short film at our festival.
